Who we are

Do we “sell” or “share” your personal information?
- We do not sell personal information for money.
- If you consent to Marketing cookies on our sites, certain advertising partners (Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads) may receive cookie IDs, IP address, device/browser information, and page events to measure and improve ads. Under California law, this may be considered “sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
- You control this. Marketing cookies are off by default and only load if you opt in.
How to opt out of “sale” or “sharing”
- Use Cookie Settings: Click “Cookie Settings” in our website footer and switch Marketing cookies to “Off.” This will stop setting or reading Marketing cookies and functions as your opt‑out of “sale” or “sharing” on that browser and device.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt‑out of “sale” or “sharing” and will not set Marketing cookies, regardless of your prior choices.
- Other devices/browsers: Your opt‑out via Cookie Settings is cookie‑based. Please repeat on each browser/device you use, or enable GPC everywhere you browse.
What information may be “shared” if you opt in to Marketing cookies
- Identifiers and online activity: cookie IDs, IP address, device and browser type, viewed pages or events, referral URLs.
- Advertising partners: Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Purpose: measuring and improving our advertising. We do not disclose uploaded verification data (emails, phone numbers, addresses) for advertising.
Sensitive personal information
- We do not collect or use “sensitive personal information” to infer characteristics, and we do not sell or share it.
Non‑discrimination
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy choices. Some site features that rely on Marketing cookies may not function when you opt out.
Authorized agents
- You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt‑out on your behalf. The agent should provide proof of authority, and we may ask you to confirm the request directly with us.
Other privacy rights
- California residents may also request access, deletion, or correction of personal information. Contact contact@apexverify.com. If your request relates to data you uploaded for verification, please use your account tools or follow our Data Processing Agreement; we act as your processor for that data.
