  1. Scope and how these terms work
  • These Sales Terms cover buying and using paid credits on ApexVerify.
  • They sit under the main Terms of Service. If there is a conflict on pricing, payments, refunds/re‑credits, promotions, or credits, these Sales Terms apply. The main Terms apply to everything else (privacy/DPA, acceptable use, support, liability, termination).

2. Who can buy

  • ApexVerify serves both business users and consumers. If you buy as a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you buy as a consumer, these terms do not limit any rights you have under laws that apply to you.

3. How you buy and delivery

  • All purchases happen in the app via Stripe. We do not accept purchase orders or manual invoicing.
  • Delivery is immediate: once Stripe confirms payment, credits appear in your account and can be used right away.

4. Pricing and credit costs

  • Prices and the number of credits each verification uses are shown in the app/Website at checkout or on the Pricing page.
  • Current defaults: email = 1 credit per verification; phone = 10 credits per verification; address = as shown in the app/Website.
  • We may change prices or credit costs. We will post changes in the app/Website and, for material changes, notify you by email or in‑app.

5. Payment, currency, and receipts

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
  • We support currencies Stripe makes available to us. The currency you see at checkout is the one that applies. Your bank or card issuer may add fees or use their exchange rate.
  • Receipts/invoices are emailed automatically after each purchase.
  • You can add your company name, address, and VAT number in your account settings; we show those on your invoices. Adding a VAT number does not mean we are charging VAT.

6. Taxes

  • Singapore GST: not charged until we are required to register under Singapore law. If that changes, we will apply GST prospectively with notice.
  • Other taxes: prices are exclusive of any other taxes, duties, or levies. You are responsible for any that apply in your location, unless a law requires us to collect them (in which case we will charge and show them at checkout).

7. Consumers in the EEA/UK: right of withdrawal (cooling‑off)

  • Digital services are delivered immediately. By completing the purchase, you ask us to start supplying the service right away and you acknowledge you will lose your 14‑day right of withdrawal once delivery starts (i.e., when credits are provisioned or used), to the extent permitted by law.
  • If a law still gives you a right to withdraw, you must contact us within the statutory period and must not use any credits. Where allowed, we will cancel the order that has not been used. We do not provide cash refunds once delivery starts, except where required by law.

8. Refunds and re‑credits

  • All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds, except where required by law.
  • If a verification returns “unknown,” we automatically return the spent credits for that lookup.
  • If our system charges a credit on an undetected syntax error, we return those credits.
  • Credit returns are account credits, not cash.

9. Credits: use, transfer, and expiry

  • Credits are a right to use the ApexVerify service. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Credits can only be used on the account that purchased them. They cannot be resold, assigned, or transferred.
  • Credits do not expire while your account is active. If your account is deleted (including deletion after 90 days of inactivity under the Terms), any remaining credits—paid or free—are forfeited.

10. Promotions and coupons

  • From time to time, we may offer discounts, coupons, or promotional/free credits. Each promotion has its own terms. Promotions:
    • cannot be exchanged for cash,
    • are non‑transferable,
    • may be limited in time, quantity, or account,
    • may be withdrawn if we suspect abuse, fraud, or error.
  • Only one promotion can apply to a purchase unless we say otherwise.

11. Errors, fraud, and chargebacks

  • If there is a clear pricing or billing error, we may correct it (including canceling the order and refunding the payment if we cannot honor the price) and will notify you.
  • We may decline, hold, or cancel orders flagged for fraud or security review.
  • If you dispute a charge (chargeback), we may suspend your account and offset any fees we incur.

12. Failed payments and balance issues

  • If a payment fails or is reversed, we may remove the related credits and may suspend access until payment is settled.

13. No resale and no reverse engineering

  • You may not resell credits or access to the Services. You may not use the Services to provide a competing verification service without our written consent.

14. Billing questions and disputes

  • For any billing question, contact contact@apexverify.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review in good faith and reply promptly.

15. Changes to these Sales Terms

  • We may update these Sales Terms. We will post the new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in‑app. If you keep buying or using credits after changes take effect, you accept the updated Sales Terms.
